This notice explains what happens when you visit tone-craft.com, including the optional advertising measurement used for Meta campaigns. You can use the site and contact ToneCraft whether you accept or reject optional cookies.
Who is responsible for your information?
ToneCraft Ltd, trading as ToneCraft Installs, is responsible for the website's use of personal information. You can contact us at hello@tone-craft.com.
Essential website delivery and security
The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. To serve pages, maintain security and operate its request-level analytics, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested page, referrer and response status. The site does not load a separate analytics script. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its handling and retention information.
We load the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font, Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
With your permission, we load the Meta Pixel (ID 1630367014710331). It records a page-view event and a lead event when you choose a contact link such as email, telephone or WhatsApp. These events help us measure Meta advertising and may be used to build or improve advertising audiences.
The Pixel can send Meta information such as the page you viewed, the referring page, the event, your browser and device details, IP address and identifiers stored by Meta technologies (including cookies such as _fbp or _fbc, where set). We disable Pixel auto-configuration and do not pass the contents of your messages, email address or telephone number as event data. Meta may use information it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. See Meta's Privacy Policy and Meta Business Tools Terms.
We rely on your consent for this optional advertising technology and its associated processing. The Pixel is not loaded and no Pixel events are sent unless you choose “Allow marketing cookies.” Refusing does not affect the website. We do not currently send server-side Conversions API events.
Your choices and cookies
Choose “Allow marketing cookies” or “Reject optional cookies” in the banner. Your choice is stored in this browser so we can remember it. Use Cookie settings in the footer on any page to change or withdraw that choice at any time. If you withdraw consent, we stop sending further Pixel events and clear the first-party Meta identifiers that this site can access. Clearing your browser's site data also clears your saved choice.
- tonecraft-consent-v1 — browser storage used to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional marketing cookies.
- _fbp / _fbc — Meta identifiers that may be set by Meta after you accept, for advertising measurement and attribution. Their duration and handling are controlled by Meta and your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us about your personal information or exercise applicable data-protection rights by emailing hello@tone-craft.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Meta explains how to exercise rights relating to information it controls in its privacy policy.
